Taiwanese Fried Shallots, Sliced (Lard) 50g, Nitrogen-Flushed

Our sliced fried shallots in a small nitrogen-flushed pack. Replacing the air with nitrogen keeps the shallots crisp and stops the oil turning, so the last spoon smells like the first - useful if you cook for one or two and a 600g bag would sit open too long.

Storage

Store at room temperature away from damp, heat and direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.
