For over 46 years, Cheng-Chi Fried Shallot has been deeply rooted in Taiwan, supporting local agriculture by using Taiwan-grown red shallots as the main ingredient.
Our oil source comes primarily from pure lard produced in Taiwan. For our premium line of products, we use high-quality pork back fat sourced from trusted local suppliers, rendered slowly at low temperatures using traditional methods. This ensures our Taiwan-made lard is safe, pure, and hygienic.
To create the most aromatic and authentic flavor, we adhere to traditional handmade cooking techniques using classic stoves. All Cheng-Chi products are free from artificial flavors and food additives, staying true to our natural philosophy.
