Happy Noodles - Original Thin Noodles 450g
Traditional Taiwanese thin noodles, sun-dried and then slow-air-dried so they keep their spring. They cook in about three minutes and hold sauce well, which makes them the natural partner for our shallot sauce.
Product Features
Sun-dried and slow-air-dried. No artificial flavouring and no preservatives.
Uses
Boil for about three minutes, drain, and toss with shallot sauce or shallot oil. Also good in soup.
Storage
Store at room temperature, away from damp, heat and direct sunlight.
