Rock salt, also known as pink salt, is a natural cooking salt rich in minerals.

We use red shallots grown in southern Taiwan. The tops and roots are trimmed, then every batch is hand-sorted so nothing but shallot goes in. From there it is peeled, washed, drained, air-dried, sliced and fried - every step done by hand.

Made by hand in small batches. It comes out more fragrant than anything mass-produced by machine, and the frying oil is kept clean and safe throughout.

Hand-made carries an aroma machines do not reproduce, and the colour comes out an inviting golden brown.

Seasoned with natural rock salt. Fragrant, crisp and lightly salty - good enough to eat straight from the pack as a snack.
