I personally dislike food additives and unnecessary chemicals. Naturally, I insist on maintaining a philosophy of pure, additive-free production.

From raw material sourcing to production, we avoid additives. Although this goes against the mainstream of the food industry, we believe that true taste comes from nature itself.

Food additives can indeed preserve freshness, enhance aroma, color, and texture, but our goal is to provide customers with pure, natural, and wholesome flavors.

Therefore, we define our company’s ultimate value product as: “Pure, natural, safe, aromatic, additive-free, and allowing customers to easily cook delicious Taiwanese shallot dishes.”
