Buckwheat noodles 80 g
Canned stock 200 g
Salt about 1/4 tsp
Water 200 g
Prawns 3
Meatballs 2
Garlic chives to taste
Bean sprouts to taste
Shallot sauce to taste
Method:
1. Cook the buckwheat noodles, then rinse under cold water and set aside. You can also cook them straight in the stock and save yourself the trouble.
2. Bring the canned stock and water to the boil. The meatballs go in frozen and cook with it, which saves time.
3. Once it boils the meatballs are done. Season with salt to taste, then add the cooked noodles,
followed by the prawns, garlic chives and bean sprouts. Bring back to the boil and turn off the heat,
then stir in a little shallot sauce so the whole pot smells of it. That is your simple nabeyaki noodles.
