Recipe of Minced Pork Sauce

Ingredients:
lard 1 tablespoon
rice wine 2 teaspoons
ground pork 600 gram
water 300-500 c.c.

Seasonings:
鄭記Taiwan Fried Shallot 5 tablespoons
fine rock sugar 2 teaspoons
soy sauce 5-9 tablespoons

Cooking Tips:
1)Stir-fry the pork with lard in a wok.
2)Add rice wine and stir-fry, then put the rock sugar and stir it until melted.
3)Add soy sauce and stir-fry until it  generates fragrance.
4)Put shallot and stir-fry until fragrant, after that, add water to adjust its saltiness and sweetness.
5)Simmer it for 20-40 mins.
